中国共产党的生态理念具有明显的阶段性特征。在革命、建设和改革开放的前期,中国共产党由点及面、由近及远、由浅及深开展生态环境治理,为新时代的生态文明建设奠定了坚实的基础。新世纪开启了生态文明建设新征程,特别是以习近平同志为核心的党中央围绕着为什么要建设生态文明、建设什么样的生态文明、怎样建设生态文明三大问题,开展了卓有成效的工作,形成了习近平生态文明思想。新时代推进生态文明建设,必须坚持政治高度“红线”,狠抓生态环境生产力“绿线”,构建最严制度与法治“高压线”,守护生态民生“生命线”,这是中国共产党百年探索提供的重要经验启示。

The ecological concept of the CPC has significant epochal characteristics.In the early stages of revolution,construction and reform,the CPC carried out ecological environmental governance gradually,laying a solid foundation for the construction of ecological civilization in the new era.Our country starts a new journey of building an ecological civilization in the new century.Particularly,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has carried out fruitful work around the three major issues of why ecological civilization should be built,what kind of ecological civilization to build,and how to build ecological civilization.The centennial exploration and inspiration of the CPC has provided important experience and inspiration for promoting the construction of ecological civilization in the new era,namely,we should adhere to the“red line”of political height,pay close attention to the“green line”of ecological and environmental productivity,and protect the“lifeline”of ecological and people’s livelihood.
