运营商A IPTV平台始建于2009年,是国内运营商IPTV业务开展较早的局点。IPTV运维经历了从艰难走向稳定再到爆发式增长的阶段。当前用户规模超过400万,设备类型众多,信息业务复杂且敏感性强,给平台稳定运行带来较大的压力和挑战。笔者从网络优化、平台容灾能力增强及端到端运维能力提高入手,阐述应对用户快速增长的运维解决方案。通过平台网络架构、组件安全设计、容灾备份以及端到端质量监控等方式提升用户体验,大幅提高运维效率,保障平台稳定运行。

The IPTV platform of Operator A was founded in 2009,which is the earliest place for domestic operators to carry out IPTV business.IPTV operation and maintenance has experienced a stage from difficult to stable and then to explosive growth.At present,the scale of users exceeds 4 million,the types of devices are numerous,the business is complex and sensitive,which brings great pressure and challenges to the stable operation and maintenance of the platform.In this paper,from the network optimization,platform disaster recovery ability enhancement and end-to-end operation and maintenance ability construction,expounds the operation and maintenance solutions to deal with the rapid growth of users.Through the platform network architecture,component security design,disaster recovery backup,end-to-end quality monitoring and other ways to improve the user experience,greatly improve the operation and maintenance efficiency,ensure the stable operation of the platform and business experience.
