设备供应商评价系统的设计与实现

摘要 目的:建立一种科学评价设备供应商系统,保证招标环节的精细化管理。方法:提出医疗设备厂家供应商注册地、资金实力、企业性质、价格、生产时间、售后时间等硬件实力及所属医疗设备的专利、科研成果等综合评价指标体系,根据科室需求将医疗设备按种类、用途分别赋予合适的指标评价权重。结果:评价体系显示硬件实力和软件实力综合强的厂家在招标环节更具有竞争力,在实际工作中能够快速协助科室快速完成日常维修、科研等工作。结论:在招标环节使用设备供应商评价系统能够提升医疗设备采购的可靠性、稳定性,节省医院设备科的人力资源,提升科室及医院的综合实力。 Objective:To establish a system for scientifically evaluating equipment suppliers to ensure fine management of bidding.Method:A comprehensive evaluation index system of hardware strength such as registration place,financial strength,enterprise nature,price,production time,and after-sale time of medical equipment manufacturers and patents and scientific research results of medical equipments is proposed.Medical equipment is classified according to types and uses.Appropriate index evaluation weights are assigned respectively.Results:The evaluation system shows that manufacturers with strong hardware and software capabilities are more competitive in the bidding process and can quickly assist the department in completing daily maintenance and scientific research in actual work.Conclusion:The use of the equipment supplier evaluation system in the bidding process can improve the reliability and stability of medical equipment procurement,save human resources in the hospital equipment department,and improve the comprehensive strength of the department and the hospital.
