新时代老年教育赋能 “老有所为”的路径构建策略 被引量:20

摘要 “老有所为”是我国积极老龄化政策的核心目标之一,也是应对老龄化社会问题与挑战的重要举措。新时代赋予了“老有所为”新的内涵。老年教育既是赋能“老有所为”的基本途径,又是积极应对人口老龄化的重要举措。老年教育赋能“老有所为”,关键在于完善教育支持环境,构建“老有所为”教育基础;确立“老有所为”教育新理念,凸显“老有所为”教育价值;重构教育结构形态,实施“老有所为”精准教育;创新教育资源,增强“老有所为”教育效能;拓展服务平台,延伸“老有所为”教育空间,从而有效担当老年教育的时代责任和使命,积极应对老龄化社会面临的新问题、新挑战。 “Productive aging”is one of the core objectives of Chinese active aging policy and an important measure to deal with the problems and challenges of aging society.The new era brings new connotation to it.The education for the aged is not only the basic way to enable“Productive aging”,but also an important measure to actively deal with the aging population.The key to enabling“Productive aging”lies in improving the educational support environment and building the educational foundation of“Productive aging”;establishing new educational ideas and highlighting the educational value of“Productive aging”;reconstructing the structure of education and implementing the precision education of“Productive aging”;innovating educational resources to enhance the educational efficiency of“Productive aging”;expanding the service platform and extending the value space of“Productive aging”,so as to effectively assume the responsibility and mission of the elderly education,and actively respond to the new problems and challenges faced by the aging society.
