“老有所为”是我国积极老龄化政策的核心目标之一,也是应对老龄化社会问题与挑战的重要举措。新时代赋予了“老有所为”新的内涵。老年教育既是赋能“老有所为”的基本途径,又是积极应对人口老龄化的重要举措。老年教育赋能“老有所为”,关键在于完善教育支持环境,构建“老有所为”教育基础;确立“老有所为”教育新理念,凸显“老有所为”教育价值;重构教育结构形态,实施“老有所为”精准教育;创新教育资源,增强“老有所为”教育效能;拓展服务平台,延伸“老有所为”教育空间,从而有效担当老年教育的时代责任和使命,积极应对老龄化社会面临的新问题、新挑战。
