构建现代化职业教育政策文本研究

Research on the Construction of Modern Vocational Education Policy Text

通过“中国政府网”和SPSS软件对历年政府工作报告(1949—2020年)中关于“职业教育”的内容进行统计分析和流程创建,得出“职业教育”的内容、重点和发展在不同时期各不相同,我国职业教育整体呈现出“发展职业教育-支持职业教育-加强职业教育-构建现代化职业教育”的发展流程。职业教育的发展有利于技能型人才和应用型人才的培养,对国家经济战略体系建设具有重大意义。

Through the“Chinese Government Website”and SPSS software,this paper makes a statistical analysis and process creation on the content of“vocational education”in the government work reports(1949—2020),and concludes that the content,focus and development of“vocational education”are different in different stages.Chinese vocational education as a whole shows the characteristics of“developing vocational education-supporting vocational education-strengthening vocational education-building modern vocational education”.The development of vocational education is conducive to the cultivation of skilled and applied talents,which is of great significance to the construction of national economic strategy system.
