摘要
以往大型工程项目风险研究多局限于线性影响分析,缺乏风险间内在作用研究.利用SNA法对风险网络进行整体和个体分析,中间人分析居于核心位置的关键风险,线的中间中心度分析识得关键风险关系.然后提出控制关键风险和关键风险关系的应对策略,并进行风险控制效果检测.结果表明:通过对关键风险和关键风险关系的控制,能有效阻断或消除风险在网络中的传播,降低风险网络的复杂性和节点链接的紧密性,大大降低大型建筑工程项目失败的可能性,为项目风险管理提供了依据.
The previous risk studies of large engineering projects were mostly limited to linear impact analysis,and there was a lack of research on the internal role of risks.In this paper,SNA method is used to analyze the risk network holistically and individually.The middleman is used to analyze the key risks in the core position,and the middle centrality of the line is used to identify the key risk relationship.Then,it puts forward the strategy to control the key risk and the key risk relationship,and test the effect of risk control.The results show that by controlling the key risk and the key risk relationship,the risk propagation in the network can be effectively blocked or eliminated,the complexity of the risk network and the tightness of the node connection can be reduced,and the possibility of failure of large construction projects can be greatly reduced.This study provides reference for project risk management.
