摘要
为提高城市居民的公交出行效率,首先结合公交运行特性以及公交线网规划,构建一种考虑低行动力人群的公交线网优化设计模型,然后在原始公交线网、公交跟车调查以及遗传算法理论的基础上,提出相应的求解方法,最后结合算例,并使用MATLAB软件进行求解.结果表明:公交线网的目标函数值由原来的12140 h优化为9786 h,且对低行动力人群公交出行时间成本的优化程度大于普通大众的优化程度.研究成果在优先满足低行动力人群公交出行需求的前提下,同时满足了普通大众公交出行需求,并对公交公司制定公交线网有一定的参考意义.
In order to improve the efficiency of public transport for urban residents,combined with the public transport operation characteristics and public transport network planning,this paper first constructs a public transport network optimization design model considering low-mobility individuals.Then,based on the original public transport network,the public transport following survey and genetic algorithm theory,the corresponding solution method is proposed.Finally,combined with a numerical example,MATLAB software is used to solve the problem.The results show that:the objective function value of the public transport network is optimized from 12140 hours to 9786 hours,and the optimization degree of the travel time cost of the low-mobility individuals is greater than that of the general public.On the premise of giving priority to meet the travel needs of the low-mobility individuals,the research results can also meet the travel needs of the general public,and has reference significance for public transport companies to formulate public transport network.
