摘要
目的:分析自然语言处理技术在医学领域的研究思路和发展趋势。方法:以Web of Science和CNKI数据库为基础,检索2000-2020年期间的相关文献,采用CiteSpace软件对文献进行科学计量分析并绘制知识图谱。结果:共纳入Web of Science文献1090篇、CNKI文献132篇,研究数量逐年递增,目前医学NLP的主要研究素材来自于电子病历,主要研究方法是机器学习,自然语言处理软件或系统研发是研究热点。结论:根据自然语言处理技术在医学领域的研究热点分析,为同类研究提供了参考依据。
Objective:Discussing the research strategy and development trend of natural language processing in the medical dominant to analyze the current research hot spots.Methods:On the basis of Web of Science database and China National Knowledge Infrastructure,it searched the relevant articles from 2000 to 2020.Then,it drew the knowledge map to make science measurement of those articles with CiteSpace software.Results:The total number of Web of Science was 1,090 and total number of China National Knowledge Infrastructure was 132.The number of articles increased year by year.At present,the main research materials of natural language processing come from electronic medical records.The main research methods are machine learning.The research of natural language processing system is the hot spot.Conclusion:The analysis of natural language processing in the medical dominant which provided the suggestion for similar studies.
