城乡幼儿园教师流动影响因素调查

An Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors of Turnover ofKindergarten Teachers in Urban and Rural Areas

摘要 为探寻城市与村镇幼儿园教师流动影响因素的差异,采用自编问卷对全国7省区1596名城乡幼儿园教师进行调查,结果发现:虽然城乡幼儿园教师流动意愿处于中等偏上水平,但流动行为处于中等水平;管理风格、个人发展、工资满意、编制获得4个因素对城乡幼儿园教师流动均具有显著预测作用;生活舒适、教育效能、园所性质和工作压力能显著预测城市幼儿园教师流动;子女教育、离家距离、学历、家人支持、身份认同能显著预测村镇幼儿园教师流动。研究者据此提出相应建议。 In order to explore the influencing factors of turnover of kindergarten teachers in urban and rural areas,a selfcompiled questionnaire was used to investigate 1596 urban and rural kindergarten teachers in 7 provinces and regions in China.The study finds that the turnover intention was at a high level,but the turnover behavior was at a medium level;four factors ofmanagement style,personal development,salary,and budgeted posts can significantly predict turnover of teachers in urban andrural areas;living standards,education efficacy,kindergarten nature,and job pressure can significantly predict turnover of teachersin urban areas;children's education,distance between home and kindergarten,educational background,family support,andidentity can significantly predict turnover of teachers in villages and small towns.The researchers put forward some suggestionsaccordingly.
