摘要
柏林模型包括5个步骤,即入园前的父母谈话,照料人全程陪伴下的入园初适应,初次尝试分离并暂定入园适应时长,入园适应稳定期和入园适应结束期。借鉴柏林模型的经验,我们应当深度解析婴幼儿入园适应行为和过程,重视教师、家长的协同合作。
Bertlin Model includes five stages:parents'talk before entering kindergarten,the beginning adaptation with parents'accompany,first trial of leaving parents and temporary length of adaptation time,stable period of adaptation,and end ofadaptation.Learning from Berlin Model experience,we should further analyze children's adaptation behavior and process beforethey enter kindergartens and emphasize teacher-parent cooperation.
