“党建+就业”资助新模式下的高校扶贫对策研究

“党建+就业”资助模式就是高校党组织紧紧围绕十九大报告提出的“健全学生资助制度”这一要求,将党建与贫困生就业资助工作深度融合,把党建优势转化为精准扶“业”的组织保障,构建一种以党建引领为基础,以就业能力培养为核心,以实现高质量就业为目标的资助新模式。通过以党建促就业,以就业促脱贫的方式,打赢高校脱贫攻坚战,阻断贫困代际传递链,提升贫困生和家长的“获得感”。
