摘要
加强师德师风建设是当前教育工作的第一要务,何为“师德”须厘清其内涵、梳理清标准,才可指导师德建设的实践。师德内涵广泛,是应然与实然的结合,底线和最高价值追求的综合体,它由个人道德、职业道德和专业精神三方面组成。研究近代史视域下的师德标准的变迁历程,了解它的发展规律,有助于知古鉴今。
Strengthening the construction of teachers ethics and style is the most important task of current education work.It is necessary to clarify its connotation and standards to guide the practice of teachers ethics construction.Teachers ethics has a wide range of connotations.It is the combination of ideal and reality,the bottom line and the pursuit of the highest value.It is composed of three aspects:personal ethics,professional ethics and professional spirit.Studying the change process of teachers ethics standard from the perspective of modern history and understanding the law of its development will help to know the past and learn from the present.
