高校学生社团育人的路径及模式创新研究

Research on the Path and Model Innovation of College Student Association Education

学生社团作为高校治理与教育体系的重要组成,具有活动载体、文化载体、管理载体等功能,对于实现学生的自我管理、自我服务、自我成才等有重要作用。因此,创新学生社团育人的路径与模式,有助于引导学生组织健康发展,把握其变化规律,是正确实施思想政治教育的基础。阐述学生社团对高校教育的价值,从当前高校学生社团的发展方向与存在问题出发,对其育人路径及模式进行创新研究。

As an important component of university governance and education system,student associations have the functions of activity carrier,cultural carrier and management carrier,which play an important role in realizing students self-management,self-service and self-development.Therefore,the innovation of the path and mode of educating students associations is helpful to guide the healthy development of students organizations and grasp its changing law,which is the basis for the correct implementation of ideological and political education.Starting from the current development direction and existing problems of college student associations,this paper expounds the value of student associations in higher education,and makes innovative research on the path and mode of education.
