摘要
[目的/意义]改进现有专利相似度计算方法,减小功能信息、技术信息的损失;通过计算中国注册的5G领域SEP整体相似度,解读技术发展情况和相关企业竞争态势。[方法/过程]提出IPC号组合定义功能、独立权利要求定义技术的专利整体相似度计算方法。通过改进的Jaccard算法计算IPC号组合相似度;利用Doc2vec模型计算独立权利要求相似度;使用熵权法确定二者的权重。计算在中国注册的5G领域SEP相似度得到8个技术主题。[结果/结论]针对不同技术主题对我国5G领域企业现有或潜在的竞争对手进行了挖掘。[局限]被分析专利的广泛性、相似度阈值设置的科学性有待提高。
[Purpose/significance] Improve the existing patent similarity calculation method, reduce the loss of functional information and technical information;interpret the 5 G technology development situation and the competition of related enterprises through the calculation of the overall similarity of the SEP of 5 G domain registered in China.[Method/process] This paper propose the "function-technology" similarity calculation method of patent, in which the IPC combination defines patent’s function and independent claim contains technology information involved in the patent.The improved Jaccard algorithm is used to calculate the similarity of IPC combination;the Doc2 vec model is used to calculate the similarity of independent claims;the entropy weight method is used to determine the weight of the two similarity and thus the final result can be calculated.Taking SEP of 5 G domain registered in China as an example, by calculation, we found that eight technical topics are obtained.[Result/conclusion] This paper demonstrate the existing or potential competitors in different 5 G technology fields for related enterprises in China.[Limitations] The universality of analyzed patents and the scientificity of similarity threshold setting can be improved.
