摘要
人的认知能力受到诸多主客观因素的制约,在信息沟通不畅的情况下,城市形象极易受到突发公共事件的影响,新冠肺炎疫情的暴发为武汉城市形象的重塑与传播提供了必要性。城市形象的重塑是一个“传播+认同”的过程,媒介进行传播,而受众则负责认同。只有城市视觉、城市行为以及城市理念都得到良好传播,才有助于城市形象的构建。因此,疫情中的武汉在城市形象受到诸多诟病、经济发展遇到阻碍的情况下,要从实践中总结抗疫精神的武汉版本作为城市形象的主要内容,让“英雄之城”“健康之城”“希望之城”成为武汉的全新名片;要从理论上归纳城市形象重塑与传播的重要手段,让抗疫精神和武汉城市精神达到深度融合,并树立以人民为中心的城市形象宣传观,不断拓宽武汉城市形象传播新渠道。
Human cognitive ability is restricted by many subjective and objective factors.In the case of poor information communication,the image of a city is easily affected by public emergencies.The COVID-19 outbreak has provided a necessity for the reconstruction and communication of Wuhan's city image.The reconstruction of city image is a process of communication and identity,where the medias transmit the images,and the audiences are responsible for the identification.Only when urban vision,urban behavior and urban idea are well spread can the image of a city be constructed.Therefore,when the image of Wuhan in the epidemic is criticized and its economic development is hindered,we should summarize the anti-epidemic spirit of Wuhan in practice as the main content of the city image,so as to make the city of heroes,the city of health and the city of hope to become new name cards of Wuhan.We should theoretically conclude the important means of city image reconstruction and dissemination,so as to achieve the in-depth integration of anti-epidemic spirit and Wuhan city spirit,establish a people-oriented concept of city image publicity,and constantly expand new channels for Wuhan city image communication.
