基于AHP-云模型的省域研究生教育资源承载力指标体系建构研究

A Study on the Index System Construction of Resource Carrying Capacity of Provincial Postgraduate Education Based on the AHP-Cloud Model

研究生教育资源承载力是研究生教育资源分布合理性的现实参考和评价依据。为合理评估省域研究生教育资源承载力,遵循科学性、客观性、系统性、可操作性原则,建构了省域研究生教育资源承载力评价指标体系,涵盖了条件性资源、主体性资源、发展性资源3项一级指标,7项二级指标,19项三级指标,并提出基于AHP-云模型的省域研究生教育资源承载力的评估方法。AHP综合考虑了省域研究生教育资源承载力评价指标间的相关性,云模型则有利于克服省域研究生教育资源承载力评价指标值的不确定性、随机性和模糊性。

Postgraduate resource carrying capacity is a realistic reference and evaluation basis for the rationality of postgraduate educational resources distribution.In order to evaluate the carrying capacity of the provincial graduate education resources reasonably,the evaluation index system of the provincial graduate education resources is constructed in accordance with the principles of scientification,objectivity,systematicness and practicability.It covers three first\|level indicators,including conditional resources,subjective resources and developmental resources,seven second\|level indicators and 19 third\|level indicators,and puts forward an evaluation method of provincial graduate education resource carrying capacity based on AHP\|cloud model.AHP comprehensively considers the correlation among the evaluation indexes of the provincial graduate education resource carrying capacity,while the cloud model is beneficial to overcome the uncertainty,randomness and fuzziness of the evaluation indexes of the provincial graduate education resource carrying capacity.
