110 kV共享铁塔安全运检技术参数研究

摘要 移动通信技术的快速发展催生了在输电铁塔上安装基站设备的共享铁塔模式,但共享铁塔运检人员面临的射频辐射情况不明,且带电作业安全间距需重新确定.为解决110 kV共享铁塔运检存在的以上两个问题,一方面采用实地测量的方法,对某试点共享铁塔周围的射频电磁场强度进行测量,获得射频电磁场分布特性,并结合相关国家标准制定场区划分规则,明确人员在不同场区需采取的防辐射措施;另一方面,对模拟共享铁塔进行操作冲击放电试验,确定带电作业安全间距.结果表明:地面水平方向和铁塔主材内侧的电磁辐射水平较弱,而铁塔主材外侧的电磁辐射水平较强,最大可达154.6 V/m;等电位人员对侧面杆塔构架和下方横担的最小安全距离分别为1.3 m和1.4 m,人员进出等电位时与侧面杆塔构架和下方横担应满足的最小组合间隙均为1.5 m.研究结果可为110 kV共享铁塔的安全运检工作提供依据和指导. The rapid development of mobile communication technology has given birth to the shared tower mode of installing base station equipment on transmission towers,but the radio frequency(RF)radiation faced by the shared tower operators is not clear and the safety clearance for live working needs to be re-determined.Two aspects of research were taken to solve the two problems existing in operation and maintenance on 110 kV shared towers.First,the method of field measurement was used to measure the RF electromagnetic field intensity around the tower.The RF electromagnetic field distribution characteristics were obtained.The field division rules were formulated in line with a related national standard,and the radiation protection measures that the operators need to take in different fields were clarified.Second,the switching impulse discharge tests were conducted on a simulated shared tower,and the safety clearance for live working of shared towers was determined.The results show that the electromagnetic radiation level in the horizontal direction of the ground and the inner side of the main material of the tower is relatively weak,while that outside the main material of the tower is relatively strong,up to 154.6 V/m.The minimum working distance between the equipotential worker and the side tower frame and that between the worker and the lower cross arm are 1.3 m and 1.4 m,respectively.The minimum combined clearance that should be met with the side tower frame and the lower cross arm when the worker enters or exits the equipotential are both 1.5 m.The research results can provide basis and guidance for safe operation and maintenance on 110 kV shared towers.
