集料模量对钢桥面铺装层间剪切疲劳影响的细观数值模拟

摘要 为了从细观层面研究钢桥面铺装层间剪切疲劳破坏行为,采用离散元方法,建立钢桥面铺装复合结构三维离散元仿真模型,通过室内试验获取模型的细观参数,分析粗集料模量对铺装层间剪切疲劳性能的影响.研究结果表明,集料模量越高,层间抗剪切疲劳性能越好,且集料模量在62~68.5 GPa范围内的试件性能表现最佳;集料模量对于结构层间剪应力的影响较小,且不会改变层间破坏的位置;复合结构的层间抗剪强度越高,层间抵抗剪切疲劳变形的能力越强. In order to study the shear fatigue failure behavior of steel bridge deck pavement from the mesoscopic level,the discrete element method was used to establish a three-dimensional discrete element simulation model of steel bridge deck pavement composite structure.The mesoscopic parameters of the model were obtained through laboratory tests,and the effect of coarse aggregate modulus on the interlaminar shear fatigue performance of pavement was analyzed.The results show that the higher the aggregate modulus,the better the inter-layer shear fatigue resistance,and the performance of the specimen with the aggregate modulus in the range of 62-68.5 GPa is the best;the influence of the modulus of aggregate on the interlaminar shear stress is small,and it will not change the location of interlaminar failure;the higher the interlaminar shear strength of the composite structure,the stronger the ability of the layer to resist shear fatigue deformation.
