弯曲力矩对EFPI光纤传感器输出应变的影响

摘要 为了确定弯曲力矩对EFPI光纤传感器输出的影响,制作了将光纤传感器埋入其中间层的复合板试件,并对试件进行三点弯曲试验,得到了弯曲力矩与光纤传感器输出应变之间的关系。随后,用显微镜对复合板的横截面进行观察,确定光纤传感器的埋入位置。对光纤传感器的埋入位置偏离复合板中间层的试件,运用有限元应变分析法(FEM)计算其应变值。实验结果表明,当光纤传感器的埋入位置偏离复合板中间层时,光纤传感器的应变大于计算值,说明弯曲力矩影响光纤传感器的测试性能。 Glass fibre reinforced plastics(GFRP)laminates containing the extrinsic fabryperot interferometer (EFPI)sensor in its middle plane were made for experiments. Threepoint bending tests of the laminate were performed to obtain the relation ship between the bending moment and the strain output from the sensor. Microscopic examination of the cross section containing the sensor was carried out. Finite element method(FEM) strain analysis was also performed to obtain the strain of the sensor embedded at the offcentre position obtained from the microscopic observation. From these results, it is found that the strain output from the EFPI sensor is larger than that calculated for the offcentre sensor. This discrepancy shows that the bending moment has affected the measuring ability of the sensor.
