红细胞分布宽度和血小板分布宽度与血液透析患者预后的相关性研究

Study on the correlation between red blood cell distribution width and platelet distribution width and the prognosis of hemodialysis patients

目的探究红细胞分布宽度(red blood cell distribution width,RDW)及血小板分布宽度(platelet distribution width,PDW)与血液透析患者心血管事件的发病及全因死亡的相关性。方法回顾性2014年6月至2019年12月于本院行长期维持性血液透析患者224例的临床资料,根据患者是否死亡、发生心血管事件分为死亡组(n=49)、心血管事件组(n=35)和对照组(n=140),分析心血管事件的发病及全因死亡的相关性。结果心血管事件组与对照组RDW及PDW比较差异无统计学意义,死亡组RDW及PDW均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,RDW每增加1%,死亡率增加73.4%。RDW、PDW、RDW联合PDW对预测死亡的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.751、0.603、0.766。结论RDW及PDW与血液透析患者全因死亡呈正相关。

Objective To explore the correlation between red blood cell distribution width(RDW)and platelet distribution width(PDW)and the incidence of cardiovascular events and all-cause death in hemodialysis patients.Methods The clinical data of 224 patients undergoing long-term maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from June 2014 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to whether the patient died and cardiovascular events occurred,they were divided into death group(n=49),cardiovascular event group(n=35)and control group(n=140),the correlation between the incidence of cardiovascular events and all-cause death was analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in RDW and PDW between the cardiovascular event group and the control group.The RDW and PDW of the death group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that for every 1%increase in RDW,the mortality rate increased by 73.4%.The area under the ROC curve of RDW,PDW,RDW combined with PDW for predicting death were 0.751,0.603,0.766,respectively.Conclusion RDW and PDW are positively correlated with all-cause death in hemodialysis patients.
