曲安奈德益康唑乳膏联合美菌轻耳道喷剂治疗复发性外耳道真菌病的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of triamcinolone acetonide and econazole cream combined with Meijunqing ear canal spray in the treatment of recurrent external auditory canal mycosis

目的探讨曲安奈德益康唑乳膏联合美菌轻耳道喷剂治疗复发性外耳道真菌病的疗效。方法选取本院2016年1月至2017年12月因外耳道真菌病发作≥2次的门诊患者118例(129耳)作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(59例,65耳)与对照组(59例,64耳),观察组给予曲安奈德益康唑乳膏联合美菌轻耳道喷剂治疗,对照组仅使用曲安奈德益康唑乳膏局部涂布。比较两组治疗效果、复发率及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为98.46%,明显高于对照组的89.06%(P<0.05)。观察组复发率为16.92%,明显低于对照组的46.88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为10.77%,明显低于对照组的62.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲安奈德益康唑乳膏联合美菌轻耳道喷剂治疗复发性外耳道真菌病疗效显著,可降低复发率,复发性或难治性外耳道真菌患者可尝试使用。

Objective To explore the curative effect of triamcinolone acetonide and econazole cream combined with Meijunqing ear canal spray in the treatment of recurrent external auditory canal mycosis.Methods 118 outpatients(129 ears)who had≥2 episodes of external auditory canal mycosis from January 2016 to December 2017 in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into observation group(59 cases,65 ears)and control group(59 cases,64 ears),the observation group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide and econazole cream combined with meijunqing ear canal spray,and the control group was only treated with triamcinolone acetonide and econazole cream for topical application.The treatment effect,recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.46%,which was significantly higher than 89.06%of the control group(P<0.05).The total recurrence rate of the observation group was 16.92%,which was significantly lower than 46.88%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.77%,which was significantly lower than 62.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Triamcinolone acetonide and econazole cream combined with meijunqing ear canal spray has certain effect on the treatment of recurrent external auditory canal mycosis,and can reduce the recurrence rate.Patients with recurrent or refractory external auditory fungi can try to use it.
