微创技术在创伤骨科临床治疗中的应用效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨微创技术在创伤骨科临床治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2016年11月至2019年11月本院创伤骨科收治的患者80例作为研究对象,依据治疗方法分为微创技术组和常规手术组,每组40例。比较两组手术指标、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果微创技术组手术时间、切口愈合时间均显著短于常规手术组,术中出血量、换药次数均显著少于常规手术组(P<0.05)。微创手术组治疗总有效率为95.0%,明显高于常规手术组的80.0%(P<0.05)。微创技术组并发症发生率为2.5%,明显低于常规手术组的20.0%(P<0.05)。结论微创技术在创伤骨科临床治疗中的应用效果显著,能明显缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,利于患者术后恢复,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of minimally invasive technology in the clinical treatment of orthopedic trauma.Methods From November 2016 to November 2019,80 patients in the Department of Traumatology and Orthopedics of our hospital were selected as the research subjects.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into minimally invasive technique group and conventional operation group,with 40 cases in each group.The surgical indicators,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and incision healing time of the minimally invasive technique group were significantly shorter than those of the conventional operation group,and the amount of intraoperative blood loss and the number of dressing changes were significantly less than that of the conventional operation group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the minimally invasive technique group was 95.0%,which was significantly higher than the 80.0%in the conventional operation group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the minimally invasive technique group was2.5%,which was significantly lower than the 20.0%in the conventional operation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive technology has significant application effect in the clinical treatment of trauma and orthopedics,which can significantly shorten the operation time,reduce intraoperative blood loss,and facilitate the recovery of patients after surgery.It is worthy of clinical application.
