基于混合教学的教师线上教学问题研究

Research on Teachers’Online Teaching Based on Blended Teaching

2020年上半年我国史无前例、规模空前的线上教学,有效保障了"停课不停教、停课不停学",但也暴露出很多问题。产生这些问题的原因,有教学资源的限制,也有教师线上教学能力的不足,还有教师互联网思维的欠缺。这些问题对混合教学都会产生一定的影响。为解决这些问题,有效推进混合教学,必须提高教师线上教学能力,培养教师的互联网思维。

In the first half of 2020,China’s unprecedented online teaching has effectively guaranteed“teaching without stopping classes”and“learning without stopping classes”,but also exposed many problems.The reasons for these problems include the limitation of teaching resources,the lack of teachers’online teaching ability,and the lack of teachers’Internet thinking.These problems will have a certain impact on blended teaching.To solve these problems and promote blended teaching effectively,we must improve teachers’online teaching ability and train their Internet thinking.
