助产质量指标体系的研究进展

Research progress on the quality index system of midwifery

根据Donabedian三维质量结构模型,从结构、过程、结果3个维度进行归纳、分析,比较国内外助产质量指标构建的不同之处,指出现存研究中的不足以及未来展望,为今后构建规范统一的助产质量指标体系提供参考。

Based on the Donabedian structure-process-outcome model,we summarized and analyzed the relevant research on midwifery quality index construction from three dimensions of structure,process and result.Then by comparing the differences between domestic and foreign midwifery quality indexes,we pointed out the shortcomings of existing researches and put forward prospects.This study provides a reference for establishing a standardized and unified midwifery quality index system in the future.
