结肠镜检查患者肠道准备质量影响因素的研究进展

Research progress on influencing factors of the quality of bowel preparation in colonoscopy patients

结肠镜检查是结肠癌筛查的重要手段,而肠道准备质量是完成结肠镜检查的重要影响因素。本文对结肠镜检查患者肠道准备质量的影响因素进行分析和总结,包括人口学因素、疾病相关因素、肠道准备方案因素、服泻药后排便情况相关因素等。建议今后侧重对肠道准备不充分预测模型和高风险人群测定量表的研究,同时,护理人员还应结合患者肠道准备不充分的影响因素,给予相应的肠道准备方案和个体化干预措施,以提高结肠镜检查效率。

Colonoscopy is an important method for colon cancer screening,and the quality of bowel preparation is an important factor in the completion of colonoscopy.This article analyzes and summarizes the influencing factors of the quality of bowel preparation in colonoscopy patients,including demographic factors,disease-related factors,bowel preparation plan factors,and defecation conditions after taking laxatives.It is recommended that in the future focus on the research on the prediction model of inadequate bowel preparation and the measurement scale for high-risk populations.At the same time,nursing staff should also combine the influencing factors of patients with insufficient bowel preparation,and give corresponding bowel preparation programs and individualized intervention measures to improve the efficiency of colonoscopy.
