国内医学生死亡教育现状与展望

Current status and prospects of death education for medical students in China

随着社会精神文明的日益丰富,死亡教育已成为当代不可回避的话题。本文对国内医学生死亡教育现状进行分析,发现我国医学生对死亡教育存在较大需求。医学生存在负向的死亡态度,但通过死亡教育可以向正向转变。当前死亡教育教学目标涉及认知、情感和技能,教学内容多样但散在,课程有待整合,教学方法以语言传授为主,体验式等教学方法有待增加,教学评价中死亡态度是常用指标。结合现状,本文针对性地提出推动我国医学生死亡教育发展的展望,旨在为加快死亡教育向医学生和全社会的普及提供参考。

With the increasingly rich social spiritual civilization,death education has become an unavoidable topic in contemporary times.This article analyzes the current status of death education for medical students in China and finds that there is a great demand for death education for medical students in China.Medical students have a negative attitude towards death,but they can change to a positive attitude through death education.In current death education,the teaching objectives involve cognition,emotion and skills.The teaching content is diverse but scattered,and the curriculum needs to be integrated.The teaching method is mainly based on language teaching,and teaching methods such as experiential teaching need to be increased.Attitude to death is a common indicator in teaching evaluation.Combining the current situation,the article puts forward the prospect of promoting the development of death education for medical students in China,so as to provide a reference for accelerating the popularization of death education to medical students and the whole society.
