CBL+PBL整合教学方法在《临床毒理学》中的应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的旨在加强学生对临床毒理学基础知识的掌握,培养学生临床用药及药物毒理的自主思维及创新能力。方法采取整群抽样的方法,选取347名海南医学院2016级临床医学专业本科生为研究对象,随机分组,LBL教学组107人,CBL教学组112人,CBL+PBL教学组128人。采用问卷调查结果和考核成绩来评价教学改革的效果。结果共发放339份关于教学效果的调查问卷,各教学组的有效回收率均达到90.0%以上,调查结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CBL+PBL教学组成绩明显高于LBL教学组(U=60.25,P<0.05),三个教学组间学生的学习成绩差异具有统计学意义(U=51.76,P<0.05)。结论通过CBL+PBL整合教学方法的改革,符合临床医学教育的培养目标,具有一定的提升课程学习成绩的作用,从而提高了临床毒理学的理论教学质量。 Objective In order to strengthen the students'grasp of the basic knowledge of clinical toxicology,and to cultivate their independent thinking and innovation ability of clinical drug use and drug toxicology.Methods Cluster sampling method was adopted to select 347 students from 2016 clinical medicine undergraduates of Hainan medical university as the research objects,grouped randomly,107 students in the LBL teaching group,112 students in the CBL teaching group,and 128 students in the CBL+PBL teaching group.The results of questionnaire survey and assessment were used to evaluate the effect of teaching reform.Results A total of 339 questionnaires about the teaching effect were distributed,and the effective recovery rate of each teaching group reached more than 90.0%.The difference of survey results between three teaching groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of CBL+PBL teaching group were significantly higher than that of LBL teaching group(U=60.25,P<0.05),and the difference in learning results among the three teaching groups was statistically significant(U=51.76,P<0.05).Conclusion Through the reform of CBL+PBL integrated teaching method,it conforms to the training objective of clinical medicine education and improves the quality of clinical toxicology theory teaching.
