医学影像计算机存档与传输系统结合案例教学模式应用于核医学理论教学 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨计算机存档与传输系统结合案例教学模式在核医学理论教学中的应用价值。方法将计算机存档与传输系统结合案例教学方法及传统教学方法分别应用于实验教学组(A组)及传统教学组(B组)学生中,每组60人,课后进行理论考核及调查问卷。结果A组的理论考试成绩(78.87±11.66)分高于B组(72.40±13.12),P<0.05;在《学生自我评价调查表》中A组的综合能力评分(20.72±2.36)分高于B组(15.13±2.00)分,P<0.01;在《教学效果评价表》中对授课教师、课程设计的评分两组比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05,对教学内容的掌握、教学方式、课堂气氛的评分,A组高于B组,P<0.01。结论计算机存档与传输系统结合案例教学模式对提高核医学的教学质量及学生的临床技能具有十分重要而长远的意义。 Objective To explore the application value of PACS combined with CBL teaching mode in nuclear medicine theory teaching.Methods The computer archiving and transmission system combined with case teaching method and traditional teaching method were applied to the experimental teaching group(A group)and the traditional teaching group(B group)respectively,with 60 students in each group.Results The theoretical test scores of experimental teaching group(78.87±11.66)were higher than those of traditional teaching group(72.40±13.12),P<0.05.The comprehensive ability score(20.72±2.36)of the A group is higher than that of the B group(15.13±2.00),P<0.01;in the student self-evaluation questionnaire,here was no statistically significant difference in the scores of teaching teachers and course design between the two groups in the teaching effect evaluation form,P>0.05,but the scores of the mastery of teaching contents,teaching methods and classroom atmosphere were higher in the A group than in the B group,P<0.01.Conclusion The combination of PACS and CBL teaching model is of great significance in improving the teaching quality and clinical skills of nuclear medicine.
