摘要 目的随着进入老年社会,老年共病管理理念和教学日益受到关注。除了以教师作为教学活动的中心传统教学模式(LBL)外,以团队为基础的教学法(TBL)与案例教学法(CBL)、以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)在医学教育中各具优势,文章旨在探讨整合教学法TBL教学法、CBL教学法与PBL教学法在老年共病管理教学中的应用效果。方法选取2017年7月—2019年6月在医院老年医学科参加住院医师规范化第一阶段培训的41名住院医师作为研究对象,根据入科时间随机分为对照组(n=20)和实验组(n=21)。对照组学生采用传统教学方法,实验组学生采用TBL与CBL、PBL整合教学方法。分别通过问卷调查和考试成绩评价教学效果。结果与传统教学法组(对照组)相比,TBL与CBL、PBL整合教学法组(实验组)规培医师均有较高的分数,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组取得了更好的学习成绩。TBL与CBL、PBL整合教学法组规培医师各项评价成绩明显升高,较传统教学法组差异具有的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TBL与CBL、PBL整合教学法较传统讲授教学方法更适合老年共病管理的教学。 Objective With the entry into the elderly society,the concept and teaching of senile comorbidity management are increasingly concerned.In addition to the traditional teaching mode(lecture-based learning,LBL),which takes teachers as the center of teaching activities,team-based learning(TBL),case-based learning(CBL)and problem-based learning(PBL)have their own advantages in medical education.This paper aims to explore the application effect of integrated teaching method TBL,CBL and PBL in the teaching of senile comorbidity management.Methods 41 residents who participated in the first stage of resident standardization training in geriatrics department of our hospital from July 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into the control group(n=20)and the experimental group(n=21)according to the admission time.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method(LBL),while the experimental group adopted the integration of TBL,CBL and PBL.The teaching effect was evaluated by questionnaire survey and examination results.Results Compared with the traditional teaching method group(the control group),TBL and Cbl,PBL integrated teaching method group(the experimental group)had higher scores,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group achieved better academic performance.TBL,CBL and PBL integrated teaching method group had significantly higher scores than traditional teaching method group(P<0.05).Conclusion TBL,CBL and PBL integrated teaching method is more suitable for the teaching of senile comorbidity management than the traditional teaching method.
