低年资护士进行系统化培训职业风险的效果

摘要 目的探究分析低年资护士进行系统化培训职业风险的具体效果。方法选取2019年2—9月到医院参加工作的80例低年资护士作为观察对象,利用随机数表法将所有护士分为对照组(n=40)和实验组(n=40)两组。对照组护士安排传统职业培训工作,实验组护士进行系统化的职业风险知识培训,对比两组低年资护士的理论考核、实践考核成绩、不良事件发生率和患者满意度。结果实验组低年资护士接受培训后,和对照组低年资护士相比,理论考核、实践考核成绩明显更高,且事故、差错、医闹、感染等不良事件发生率更低,患者满意度更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床开展系统化的职业风险知识培训工作能够提高低年资护士的综合护理能力和职业风险水平,增强了护士的安全意识。 Objective To explore and analyze the specific effects of occupational risk of systematic training for young nurses.Methods Select 80 low-age nurses who went to work in the hospital from February to September 2019 as the observation objects,and use the random number table method to divide all nurses into a control group(n=40)and an experimental group(n=40)Two groups.The nurses in the control group arranged traditional vocational training,and the nurses in the experimental group received systematic occupational risk knowledge training.The theoretical assessment,practical assessment results,adverse event rate and patient satisfaction of the two groups of junior nurses were compared.Results After the training of the young nurses in the experimental group,compared with the young nurses in the control group,the theoretical and practical assessment scores were significantly higher,and the incidence of adverse events such as accidents,errors,medical troubles,and infections was lower.Patients Satisfaction was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The systematic training of occupational risk knowledge in clinical practice can improve the comprehensive nursing ability and occupational risk level of low-age nurses,enhance the nurses'awareness of safety.
