输血医学创新人才培养模式的建立和应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨国内外各类机构输血医学创新人才培养模式,总结深圳市血液中心多年创新人才培养结果,提出创新人才的分类培养方法。方法回顾性总结和分析全世界各类机构对输血创新人才的培养方法。根据实践应用确立我国输血领域创新人才培养模式,统计分析培养结果和进一步改进方法。结果深圳市血液中心确立应用型创新人才和研究型创新人才两种培养模式。20年来应用型创新人才培养取得优良的成绩,共培养创新应用型人才39910人次,研究型创新人才300人次。创新应用型人才培养如各类大专院校实践技能、入职培训、专业学习和综合培训人数成逐年显著性增高趋势(P<0.001)。研究型创新人才培养以在职人员为主,占69.7%,各年度间本科生研究型人才培养占比的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输血医学领域应以需求为导向精准进行高层次创新人才的培养。应提前加大对科研创新型人才的培养力度和投入。 Objective To explore the training mode of innovative talents in blood transfusion medicine by all kinds medical institutions,and summarize the results of training innovative talents during two decades in Shenzhen blood center.Methods The training methods of innovation talents for blood transfusion in various institutions around the world were summarized retrospectively,the training mode of innovative talents in blood transfusion fields in China was established and applied,and the results were analyzed and improved.Results Over the past 20 years,Shenzhen Blood Center has established two methods of cultivation of innovative scientific research and applied talents,and made excellent achievements,and cultivate applied talents 39910,scientific research talents 300 totally.The number of cultivation of applied talents as practical skills,induction training,professional learning and comprehensive training in various colleges and universities has increased high significantly year by year(P<0.001).Research-oriented innovative talents accounting for 69.7%are mainly cultivated by on-the-job personnel,and the proportion of undergraduate research-oriented innovative talents is also significantly different from year to year(P<0.05).Conclusion High-level innovative talents of blood transfusion medicine should be trained accurately by a demand-oriented way.We should strengthen and financed in the training of innovative talents in advance.
