Some Experience on the Teaching Experience of Standardized Training of Residents in Obstetrics and Gynecology

为深入探讨妇产科住院医师规范化培训的带教方法,从而进一步提升教学效果,文章回顾了近年来笔者在妇产科住院医师规范化培训工作中的带教经验并进行总结归纳。在带教过程中,带教教师需引导住院医师养成良好的医德医风和人文修养,灵活利用各种先进的教学方法进行临床技能教学,并培养住院医师初步具备一定的临床科研能力。妇产科住院医师规范化培训工作意义重大,在教学过程中带教教师需兼顾住院医师的各方面培养,才能获得更好的教学效果。

In order to explore the teaching methods of standardized training for obstetrics and gynecology residents and further improve the teaching effect,we reviewed the author's teaching experience in standardized training for obstetrics and gynecology residents in recent years and summarized it.During the teaching process,teachers should guide residents to develop good medical ethics and humanistic cultivation,flexibly use various advanced teaching methods to conduct clinical skills teaching,and train residents to have certain clinical research ability.The standardized training of residents in obstetrics and gynecology is of great significance.Teachers should take into account all aspects of the training of residents in the teaching process for better teaching effect.
