微量白蛋白检验在诊断肾小球疾病中的应用价值分析

Analysis of Application Value of Microalbumin Test in Diagnosing Glomerular Diseases

目的分析微量白蛋白检验在诊断肾小球疾病中的应用价值。方法选取医院2018年10月—2020年2月诊治的70例肾小球疾病患者为试验组,另选医院2018年10月—2020年2月进行健康体检的70例健康人员作为对照组,两组均采取微量白蛋白检验,对比两组的检验结果。结果试验组微量白蛋白含量(58.38±7.34)mg/L、阳性率(94.29%)明显高于对照组(11.99±4.27)mg/L、阳性率(0%),组间对比,P<0.05;试验组病程6~12年、病程>13年的微量白蛋白值高于病程<6年,组间对比,P<0.05;病程病程>13年的微量白蛋白值高于病程6~12年,组间对比,P<0.05。结论微量白蛋白检验能为肾小球疾病提供一定的诊断依据,微量白蛋白的含量变化可提示肾损伤程度,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To analyze the application value of microalbumin test in diagnosing glomerular diseases.Methods A total of 70 patients with glomerular diseases diagnosed and treated in our hospital from October 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the experimental group,and 70 healthy persons who underwent a physical examination from October 2018 to February 2020 in our hospital were selected as the control group.The two groups of patients took microalbumin test and compared the test results of the two groups of patients.Results The content of trace albumin(58.38±7.34)mg/L and positive rate(94.29%)in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(11.99±4.27)mg/L and(0%).Comparison between groups,P<0.05.The microalbumin value in the group with a disease course of 6~12 years and a disease course of>13 years was higher than that of the disease course<6 years,comparison between groups,P<0.05;between comparison,P<0.05.Conclusion The trace albumin test can provide a certain diagnostic basis for glomerular diseases.The change of trace albumin content can indicate the degree of kidney injury,and the clinical application value is high.
