替米沙坦与厄贝沙坦治疗高血压的疗效和安全性分析

Efficacy and Safety of Telmisartan and Irbesartan in the Treatment of Hypertension

目的分析替米沙坦与厄贝沙坦治疗原发性高血压的疗效与安全性比较情况。方法选择2019年1月—2019年12月来医院接受疾病治疗的64例原发性高血压患者为研究对象。将其分为两组,每组32例。A组患者使用替米沙坦,B组患者使用厄贝沙坦。分析治疗效果。结果A组受试者不良反应发生率为15.63%,B组受试者不良反应发生率为18.75%,2组相比,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05,干预前,A组以及B组的SBP与DBP指标的差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。干预后,相较于对照组,观察组受试者上述指标改善情况明显更好,P<0.05。结论针对原发性高血压患者来讲,使用厄贝沙坦以及替米沙坦均能够体现出一定的治疗效果。不良反应发生率均低。相较于厄贝沙坦而言,应用替米沙坦治疗疾病,降压作用稳定。其尤其适用于同时合并心衰、肾病早期合并2型糖尿病的患者。这种药物不但能够体现出良好的降压效用,另外可以有效延缓对于器官的损害。

Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of telmisartan and irbesartan in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods 64 patients with essential hypertension who received treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into 2 groups with 32 cases in each group.Patients in group A were given telmisartan and patients in group B were given irbesartan.Analyze the therapeutic effect.Results The incidence of adverse reactions was 15.63%in group A and 18.75%in group B,compared with P>0.05 in group 2.Before the intervention,there was no significant difference between SBP and DBP in group A and group B,P>0.05.After intervention,compared with the control group,the improvement of the above indicators in the observation group was significantly better,P<0.05.Conclusion Both irbesartan and telmisartan can show certain therapeutic effects in patients with essential hypertension.The incidence of adverse reactions was low.Compared with irbesartan,telmisartan has stable antihypertensive effect in the treatment of diseases.It is especially suitable for patients with simultaneous heart failure and early nephropathy combined with type 2 diabetes.This kind of drug can not only reflect the good antihypertensive effect,but also can effectively delay the organ damage.
