参芪地黄汤联合五苓散治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效

Effect of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction Combined With Wuling Powder on Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探究参芪地黄汤联合五苓散加减对糖尿病肾病(DN)的治疗效果。方法选取医院于2019年2月—2020年2月期间收治的DN患者共86例作为研究对象,通过抛硬币方法随机分组,其中对照组43例,观察组43例。对照组行常规西医治疗,观察组基于对照组行参芪地黄汤联合五苓散加减治疗,比较两组临床疗效和尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、胱抑素C(Cys-C)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)等肾功能指标。结果观察组患者临床疗效高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者UAER、Cys-C、BUN及Scr等肾功能指标低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参芪地黄汤联合五苓散对DN具有良好的疗效。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Shenqi Dihuang decoction and Wuling powder on diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods A total of 86 DN patients admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects,and randomly grouped by coin tossing.Among them,43 cases were in the control group and 43 cases in the observation group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group received Shenqi Dihuang decoction and Wuling powder based on control group.The clinical efficacy and urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER),cystatin C(Cys-C),and cystatin C(Cys-C)were compared between the two groups.Renal function indicators such as blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and blood creatinine(Scr).Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the UAER,Cys-C,BUN,and Scr renal function indexes of the observation group were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Dihuang decoction and Wuling Powder have good curative effect on DN.
