穴位按摩和分娩球对初产妇行镇痛分娩干预的效果对比

Comparison of the Effect of Acupoint Massage and Delivery Ball on Primipara Analgesia Delivery Intervention

目的比较穴位按摩、分娩球对初产妇行镇痛分娩干预的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月—2018年1月科室收治的初产妇100例,随机数字表法分为对照组(分娩球镇痛,50例)与观察组(穴位按摩镇痛,50例),比较两组产妇镇痛效果、各产程时间、不良分娩结局及负性情绪。结果观察组产妇镇痛有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产妇第一、二产程时间短于对照组(P<0.05),第三产程两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组产妇剖宫产、胎儿宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产妇焦虑量表(SAS)评分、抑郁量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论较分娩球镇痛,穴位按摩可提高初产妇分娩镇痛效果,缩短产程时间,降低不良分娩结局的发生,减轻产妇不良情绪。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of acupoint massage and delivery ball on primipara.Methods 100 primiparas from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group(delivery ball analgesia,50 cases)and observation group(acupoint massage analgesia,50 cases).The analgesic effect,duration of each labor process,adverse delivery outcome and negative emotions of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of analgesia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The time of the first and second stage of labor in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the third stage of labor between the two groups(P>0.05);The incidences of cesarean section,fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with delivery ball analgesia,acupoint massage can improve the analgesic effect of primipara,shorten the labor process,reduce the occurrence of adverse delivery outcomes,and reduce the adverse emotions of puerpera.
