信息化时代民办高校教务管理人本化缺失的表现及对策——以福建师范大学协和学院为例

Performance and Countermeasures of Lack of Humanism in Educational Administration Management of Private Colleges and Universities in Information Age—Taking Union College of Fujian Normal University as an Example

随着时代的发展,人本化理念的应用已在各个领域取得一定的成绩,尤其在近几年教育信息化建设的背景下,高校教务管理中的人本化理念也逐步凸显,为我国现代化高校体系的建设和发展增添了长足的动力。而教务管理又是民办高校教学管理的核心,是学校教育教学工作的关键组成部分,其内涵丰富,是一项具有挑战性的综合性工作。人本化理念与高校教务管理融合的进程中,高校教务人本化管理缺失的问题也随之显现。以福建师范大学协和学院为研究对象,从民办高校教务人本化管理理念缺失的表象出发,针对教务管理工作的现状及存在问题提出对策,为促进民办高校教务管理工作发展、完善民办高校科学教务管理体系提供借鉴意义。

With the development of the times,the application of the concept of“people-oriented”has made certain achievements in various fields,especially in the context of the construction of education information in recent years,the concept of human-oriented education management in colleges and universities has gradually become prominent,which has added considerable power for the construction and development of China s modern university system.The educational administration management is the core of teaching management in private colleges and universities.It is a key component of school education and teaching work.It has rich connotation and is a challenging and comprehensive work.In the process of the integration of humanistic concept and educational administration management in colleges and universities,the lack of humanistic management of university educational administration also appears.Taking Fujian Normal University Union College as the research object,starting from the lack of humanistic management concept of educational administration in private colleges and universities,this paper puts forward countermeasures for the current situation and existing problems of educational administration,so as to provide reference for promoting the development of educational administration and improving the scientific educational management system in private colleges and universities.
