摘要
价值观相对来说比较稳定和持久,部分形成于早期的生活、学习,部分受到外在的发展因素影响而逐渐被塑造成型,并融入个体生活之中,影响着人们的动机、情感、态度以及自我知觉,制约着人的需求决策,从而使人们的行为选择千差万别。由于不同因素作用,当代大学生对高等教育存在着或内隐或外显的需求差异,以往研究较为全面的解析了需求差异产生的原因,如家庭资本、城乡差异及“他我”要求突出等等,也有诸如学术态度、学习动机以及“本我”追求的差异等因素。本着学生为本的基点,从价值选择角度解析高等教育需求差异,致力于全方位了解学生、精准培育,正确引导和施策,帮助学生厘清未来定位,提高教育效率,实现教育价值。
Values are relatively stable and lasting,partly formed in early life and study,partly influenced by external development factors and gradually shaped into individual life,affecting people s motivation,emotion,attitude and self-perception,and restricting people s demand decision-making,thus making people s behavior choices vary widely.Due to different factors,contemporary college students have implicit or explicit demand differences for higher education.Previous studies have comprehensively analyzed the reasons for the demand differences,such as family capital,urban-rural differences and prominent“other-self”requirements,as well as factors such as academic attitude,learning motivation and“id”pursuit.On the basis of student-oriented,from the perspective of value choice,this paper analyzes the differences in higher education needs,and devotes itself to all-round understanding of students,precise cultivation,correct guidance and policy,so as to help students clarify their future orientation,improve educational efficiency and realize educational value.
