自动扶梯扶手检测报警装置的设计

Design of Alarm Device for Escalator Handrail Detection

该文为针对自动扶梯扶手设计的一款检测报警装置,该装置包括扶梯侧栏、扶手导向条、移动扶手带、侧栏围裙板、压力开关装置、声音报警器和PLC控制器。其中压力开关装置布置在扶手导向条的内侧面,由滚珠、弹簧、开关活动触点和开关固定触点构成。当行人存在依靠扶手行为时,两活动触点接触控制声音报警器报警,对该行为做出提醒,预防自动扶梯掉落事故的发生。

This paper is a detection and alarm device designed for escalator handrails,which includes escalator side rails,escalator guide bars,mobile armband,side rail apron board,pressure switch device,sound alarm and PLC controller.The pressure switch device is arranged in the inner side of the handrail guide strip,which is composed of ball,spring,switch active contact and switch fixed contact.When pedestrians rely on handrails,two active contact control sound alarm,alert the behavior to prevent escalators falling accident.
