摘要
该文针对目前电网中气室抽真空及密封性检查中准确度低、耗时耗力、不能有效监测等问题,提出智能真空校验控制仪的研制。该项目能够实时监测设备真空情况,且自行对真空度、抽真空时间进行设定,同时增加了电磁阀,能最大程度保证设备真空度监测的准确性。该装置满足国家电网或厂家需求,同时符合国家电网工作精细化、操作标准化、效率优化的要求,为电网安全提供安全可靠的保障。
The paper aiming at the problems such as low accuracy,time-consuming and force-consuming,and unable to monitor effectively in the current inspection of air chamber vacuum extraction and tightness in the power grid,the development of an intelligent vacuum calibration controller is proposed,moreover,the vacuum degree and vacuum time are set by ourselves,and the electromagnetic valve is increased to ensure the accuracy of vacuum degree monitoring.The device meets the needs of the State Grid or the manufacturers,and meets the requirements of the State Grid for fine work,standardized operation and efficiency optimization,providing a safe and reliable guarantee for the security of the grid.
