This paper expounds the function and significance of the paper elements in the professional title evaluation of library series,and expresses approval and approval for the practice of listing the professional academic papers into the rigid conditions required for the professional title evaluation of library series.The author thinks that it is very necessary to add the paper element standard,especially in the middle and senior professional title evaluation of library series.At the same time,the author also summarizes and explores the problems that exist or may appear in the process of its application and practical operation,and tries to put forward some solutions and suggestions at the end of the article,hoping to be helpful in the future professional title evaluation of books and materials series.
