Psychological Selection of UAV Pilots Competency Characteristics

随着无人机的广泛应用及相关问题的逐步发现,我军对无人机飞行员心理选拔胜任特征研究的投入力度也变的越来越大。该文通过对国外无人机驾驶员心理选拔与评估的分析和对国内无人机操纵员的访谈调查的研究,总结出了无人机飞行员的基本能力素质,心理选拔胜任特征的影响因素,希望能够对国内无人机事业的发展起到一定的促进作用。

With the extensive application of UAVs and the gradual discovery of related problems,our army has invested more and more in the research of psychological competency characteristics of UAVs pilots.Through the analysis of the psychological selection and evaluation of foreign UAV pilots and the research of the interview and investigation of domestic UAV operators,the paper summarizes the basic abilities and qualities of UAV pilots and the influencing factors of psychological selection competence characteristics,hoping to play a certain role in promoting the development of domestic UAV industry.
