提升老年家政服务专业人员口腔保健知识对策的研究

Study on the Countermeasures of Improving Oral Health Knowledge of Elderly Domestic Service Professionals

随着生活水平的提高,人口老龄化的加剧,老年人的口腔问题也逐渐引起口腔医学界学者的重视。目前老年人的日常护理与家政服务人员密不可分,尤其是失能、半失能的老人。该文旨在分析家政服务专业人员对老年人口腔保健知识存在的短板,制订相关对策提高家政服务人员的口腔保健知识和技能更好地服务于老年人,减少老年人因口腔疾病带来的病痛,从而提高老年人的生活质量。

With the improvement of living standards and the aggravation of aging,oral problems of the elderly have gradually attracted the attention of oral medicine scholars.At present,the daily care of the elderly is closely related to the domestic service staff,especially the disabled and semi disabled elderly.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the shortcomings of the oral health knowledge of the elderly by domestic service professionals,formulate relevant countermeasures,improve the oral health knowledge and skills of domestic service personnel to better serve the elderly,reduce the pain caused by oral diseases and improve the quality of life of the elderly.
