基于体育健康产业发展的秦皇岛市举办精品体育赛事的SWOT分析

SWOT Analysis of Qinhuangdao City Hosting Boutique Sports Events Based on the Development of Sports and Health Industry

该研究运用SWOT分析法对秦皇岛举办精品体育赛事的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁这4个因素进行了具体分析。秦皇岛举办精品体育赛事的优势主要表现在区域、场地设施和现有开展较好的精品体育赛事方面;劣势主要表现在缺乏经营管理人才、经济水平低等方面;机遇主要表现在政府政策的支持、良好的群众基础;挑战主要表现在体育赛事安全隐患和突发事件等。研究发现秦皇岛要想打造体育名城应充分利用优势并且抓住机遇,解决秦皇岛举办体育赛事的劣势,消除所存在的威胁,大力开展精品体育赛事,以精品体育赛事为突破口,充分利用秦皇岛的体育旅游资源,让精品体育赛事成为加快秦皇岛体育健康产业发展和对外经济交流与合作的有效载体。

In this paper,SWOT analysis is used to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Qinhuangdao’s excellent sports events.The advantages of Qinhuangdao in hosting high-quality sports events are mainly reflected in the regions,venues and facilities,and the existing better quality sports events;the disadvantages are mainly manifested in the lack of management talents and low economic level;the opportunities are mainly reflected in the support of government policies and good mass base;the challenges are mainly reflected in the hidden dangers and emergencies of sports events.The study found that in order to build a famous sports city,Qinhuangdao should make full use of its advantages and seize the opportunities to solve the disadvantages of holding sports events,eliminate the existing threats,vigorously carry out high-quality sports events,take the excellent sports events as the breakthrough point,make full use of Qinhuangdao’s sports tourism resources,and make the excellent sports events become the development of Qinhuangdao sports health industry and external The effective carrier of economic exchange and cooperation.
