几款疏水疏油型钛白粉性质研究

Analysis on the properties of several hydrophobic and oleophobic titanium dioxides

从接触角、吸油值、柔焦效果、白度、遮盖力、肤感等方面对比几款疏水疏油型钛白粉的差异,结果显示,Ti-02FL在柔焦效果、肤感等方面表现较好,Ti-02F在持妆性、光泽度方面表现较好,Ti-02FAS白度和遮盖力最佳,Ti-02FM从使用性能到肤感均表现不佳。表面处理剂方面,使用含氟处理剂可以提高最终产品的持妆性,氢化卵磷脂可以提高贴肤性,三乙氧基辛基硅烷可以提高粉末的亲油性和白度。通过选择合适的处理剂与含氟处理剂复合处理,可以达到降低应用难度和提高使用效果的统一。

The differences between several hydrophobic and oleophobic titanium dioxides were compared in terms of contact angle,oil absorption,soft focus effect,whiteness,covering ability,skin feeling,etc.The results showed that Ti-02FL performed better in soft focus effect and skin feeling.Ti-02F performed better in terms of makeup retention and glossiness.Ti-02FAS had the best whiteness and covering performance.Ti-02FM performed poorly in terms of spreadability and skin feeling.In terms of surface treatment agents,the use of fluorine-containing treatment agents could improve the makeup retention of the final product;hydrogenated lecithin could improve skin adhesion;triethoxyoctylsilane could improve the lipophilicity and whiteness of the powder.By selecting appropriate treatment agents to combine with the fluorine-containing treatment agent,the difficulty in application could be reduced and the effect could also be improved.
