探讨绳索取芯技术在岩土钻探施工中的应用问题及建议 被引量:1

摘要 所谓绳索取芯技术,是一种先进的岩土地质钻探工艺技术,指的是在钻探施工的钻进过程中,如果钻杆内的岩心管已经被岩心装满,那么可以不将孔内钻杆提升到钻孔地表,直接借助岩心钻探专用打捞器将岩心管提取到地面。目前,我国的绳索平均月效率已经超过600m~1000m,平均工作效率已经在7m/h~10m/h以上。也就是说,钻杆的综合使用寿命已经在20000m以上。但是,在实际的钻探施工过程中,发现并不是每一次应用绳索取芯技术,都可以获得预期的钻探效果。尤其是在岩土钻探施工中,必须要对实际的钻探条件进行充分的考虑,例如钻孔深度、钻头质量、绳索取芯钻具等。只有选择与实际情况最符合的钻探技术,才能够获得相对理想的钻探效果。基于此,本文重点针对绳索取芯技术在岩土钻探施工中的应用问题及建议进行了详细的分析,以供参考。 The so-called rope coring technology,geological drilling technology is an advanced geotechnical,refers to the construction of drilling in the drilling process,if the core pipe in the pipe has been full of cores and then can not the hole drill pipe to the surface drilling,directly through core drilling special extractor,to the core tube extraction to the ground.At present,the average monthly efficiency of the rope in China has exceeded 600m~1000m,and the average working efficiency has been above 7m/h~10m/h.In other words,the combined service life of the drill pipe has been more than 20,000 m.However,in the actual drilling construction process,it is found that not every application of rope coring technology can obtain the expected drilling effect.Especially in the construction of geotechnical drilling,it is necessary to fully consider the actual drilling conditions,such as drilling depth,bit quality,coring tool and so on.Only by choosing the drilling technology that is most in line with the actual situation can the relatively ideal drilling effect be obtained.Based on this,this paper focuses on the application of rope coring technology in rock and soil drilling construction problems and suggestions for a detailed analysis,for reference.
