摘要 随着环保意识的逐步加强及原燃料质量不断恶化的情况下,冶炼厂提出降低生产成品所消耗燃料的攻关实践。主要措施包括原料/燃料质量控制机制、科学可靠的操作制度等改善产出成品组织成分发挥先进管理制度的优势作用,在实现炉况稳定顺行基础上,实现了降本增效目标。 With the gradual strengthening of environmental awareness and the deterioration of raw and fuel quality,the smelter puts forward the practice of reducing the fuel consumption in the production of finished products.The main measures include raw material/fuel quality control mechanism,scientific and reliable operation system,etc.to improve the organizational composition of finished products,give full play to the advantages of advanced management system,and achieve the goal of cost reduction and efficiency increase on the basis of stable and smooth operation of furnace.
