摘要
在矿区生产过程中,通风系统十分重要,其不仅是井下安全生产的基本保障,还是矿井节能减耗、实现可持续发展的重要影响因素。但随着矿山产量的增大及矿井深部开拓工作的增加,通风系统线路也越来越长,初期设计的通风系统已无法满足井下生产的需求,要解决此问题,就必须要对通风系统进行改造和调整,针对现有通风系统的问题提出相应的改进方案,以实现增大风量、缩短通风长度、降低通风阻力的目的。本文以阿尔哈达矿区为例,对通风系统优化改造进行讨论。
In the production process of mining area,ventilation system is very important,which is not only the basic guarantee of underground safety production,but also the important influencing factor of energy saving and consumption reduction and sustainable development.But with the increase of mine output and the increase of mine deep development work,the ventilation system line is becoming longer and longer,the initial design of the ventilation system has been unable to meet the needs of underground production,to solve this problem,we must transform and adjust the ventilation system,and put forward the corresponding improvement scheme for the existing ventilation system,in order to increase the air volume and shorten the ventilation length The purpose of reducing ventilation resistance.Taking alhada mining area as an example,this paper discusses the optimization and transformation of ventilation system.
