国际工程项目发承包模式比较分析

Comparison and Analysis of International Project Contracting Mode

发承包模式决定了工程项目合同关系及管理模式,决定了项目目标实施。本文基于合同关系分析了国内外常用四类十种发承包模式内涵,对比不同发承包模式特点及总体发展变化规律,并给出选取合理建议,以期对项目承发包模式决策及我国承包商在国际工程承包市场上有效地维护自身合法权益提供借鉴。

The contracting mode determines the contract relationship and management mode of engineering projects,and determines the implementation aim of project.Based on the contract relationship,this paper analyzed the four types of 10 kinds of commonly-used contractors mode connotation at home and abroad,compared features and overall development changing law of different contracting modes,and gave reasonable suggestions on mode selection in order to provide references for deciding project contracting mode and our national contractors effectively safeguarding their own legal rights and interests in the international project contracting market.
