都龙低品位堆场矿铜浮选试验配矿比例研究

都龙锌锡多金属矿中铜街低品位堆场矿供矿点多、品位低且含“黑色矿物”,影响铜精矿品位及回收率,相对平台矿难选的问题。通过不同的配矿比例试验进行研究分析,供配矿时建议低品位堆场矿的比例尽量控制在20%以内。才能保证铜精矿指标相对稳定。

In Dulong zinc tin polymetallic mine,there are many ore supply points,low grade and containing"black minerals"in Tongjie low grade storage yard,which affects the grade and recovery of copper concentrate and is relatively difficult to separate from platform ore.Through the research and analysis of different ore blending proportion tests,it is suggested that the proportion of low-grade ore in storage yard should be controlled within 20%as far as possible.Only in this way can the index of copper concentrate be relatively stable.
